I built my home 3 years ago and the builder used Carpet One for all the flooring. My hardwoods are stunning but one board had a weak spot ( we found just recently ) and needed to be replaced. I called Carpet One to ask about warranty and they sent Greg up to inspect it and replace it . They were very professional and efficient. Thank you Greg!

Had my carpets replaced with laminate. Floors look nice but are very noisy. Read a customer review where they were impressed with clean up. Strongly disagree. My place was left in a dusty mess.

Terrible customer service and the owner Andrew makes up store policies on the fly but can’t provide them in writing, which means he’s lying or doesn’t actually have any policies. Get yourself organized, Andrew. This is 2017.
