Good selections in many departments! The seasonal departments are always on point. Most things can be found at different price points, making Lowe's a good choice for all your home needs. The garden centre is always nice to visit with many options for both the avid and novice gardener! Clean and large washrooms as well as a Subway inside the front doors!

Cannot believe the trouble I went through on Sun..my hubby, two year old and I, stopped in to find one item which was a wooden crate. I approached two store associates that were walking and conversing together..I honestly felt like a burden interrupting them..the two associates didn't have any idea what to tell me. Another associate approached and asked "what are they looking for?" The one associate said "wooden crates" all in all, all three employees didn't have any idea if they had any. That first associate said "try aisle 6" and they all walked away. I was stunned with this answer. (Isn't it only etiquette to walk with a customer until you find a solution) We finally found our way over to aisle 6. We found there was nothing in that aisle that was nearly categorized as a wooden crate. My hubby then asked two different associates that were near aisle thirty nine (also conversing together) the associate (who was sitting) said "Yeah, we might have something like that" "try aisle thirty-nine" and pointed in that direction. We then searched that aisle to find no wooden crates. It wasn't a huge miss out of my life to go home without a wooden crate but the fact of approaching FIVE store employees, and not one associate took me to aisle six or thirty-nine better yet, even just find out if they carried wooden crates, is just completely disgraceful, it was more less a "try here or try there". We had our two year old son in a fun steering wheel cart..we thought they looked fun, but they are not easy to push and manoeuvre which didn't help this whole ping pong escapade situation. Furthermore; I WILL NEVER RETURN TO LOWE'S IN BELLEVILLE, ONTARIO, AGAIN!

Not impressed with Lowes or any of the larger box stores to be honest. Product is not quality and is usually imported. Damaged product is the normal and or inferior quality. Some of the staff have knowledge but many do not. Always takes way to long for service. Typically the best people to deal with are the cashiers. I'd highly recommend that people shop local and buy local. The area has many small businesses that need support.

Fantastic visit. We had 23 min until close to make an appliance purchase. With a smile, and a very pleasant attitude, we were helped with our purchase. We finished our transaction with a handshake, a joke.....and 14 minutes to spare. Wish I could remember the salesperson's name. Highly recommended.

I attempted to put 1/2 star fort experience but it won’t let me, so this 1 star can even be a stretch. I bought cupboards and cabinets Early April on sale and am still waiting for them to arrive. I don’t mind waiting for them but ... if I was given a phone call to update me on the status of the cupboards I wouldn’t complain. I received two cupboards and have been allegedly cancelled two shipping dates and had to call shipping directly twice to find out the rest of my cupboards/cabinets were bumped again with no heads up whatsoever from kitchen cabinet guy we bought them from. In other words, if they are on back order don’t buy cabinets or anything otherwise. Because you will not be updated and no one will call you about the status of your shipment and you will wait forever. If I don’t receive my cabinets on this new date I will be returning the two cabinets I purchased and cancelling the rest of my purchase and be refunded my money in full.
