Horrible horrible customer service. Tried to pick up a special order that I was called earlier in the morning about. 25 minutes at the "service" desk yielded nothing. Finally went to a pick up desk. Another 15 minutes go by only to find out the order got stashed on a high shelf and needed to be picked.....what a 4 star cluster. Most assuredly I will not be back here ever again. What a disgrace.

Walking into the store yesterday and in the area just after customer service, near the check out area, I asked a female associate to please point me to the area where I would find Flex Seal products. She scowled and abruptly replied, “I am off the clock.” She kept walking by me, never to be seen again. She had white hair, about 5 feet tall, slender build and was probably between 65 and 75 years of age. I was shocked!!! Then, I went up to three associates gathered in Paint and they couldn’t have been nicer. The rest of the visit and purchase went well. Please remind associates of responsibilities to customer service and, in the service and retail industries, they are “on stage” until being out of contact with the customers. Even in public and, if wearing the uniform or smock with the brand of the organization, they represent the brand, the organization and their own character.
