This is my go-to spot! Sometimes you run into staff members that don't know how to answer your project questions but other than that the place is perfect. I have never had any concerns about my returns or anything else. The place is always clean and up-to-date with appliances. This place will have absolutely everything you need for all your home project needs.

Great store, great product selection, at reasonable prices... the staff could be a little more available & informed though, it was a wild goose chase trying to track down an associate that didn't just go hide around the corner of the next aisle.

Recently I had a bump in the road with service at the a Brockport location But Manager Tim Helm addressed my issue and I must say that his intervention/ leadership was above and beyond satisfaction. We all have had something go wrong with a transaction somewhere But I will tell you that Mr. Helms response to my situation really proves that Customer Service is Alive and Well!! I plan to go to this Lowe’s location as my 1st choice and I Thank Mr. Helm for his sincere professionalism. Brockport Lowe’s is My Store to Shop!

I have always loved Lowes the people that work there and I emphasize there, are wonderful. I had the worst experience ever with the carpet that the contracters installed, they were not from Lowe's, the carpet was. They ruined my doors in the living room by cutting them down the wrong way without tape and the bottom of both wood doors splintered, they set up their boom box in the bathroom as soon as they came in and never asked if it was all right, never introduced themselves, left the leftovers in the garage, never asked me where I wanted it as if I can lift it myself, left the mess on the garage door floor from cutting the doors.. It has taken a week for any one to get back to me from the contract team and I had to call them. Just do not buy carpet from Lowe's go to a carpet store.

Visited the garden center. Same associate that helped me with my purchase just days prior was eager to answer more questions with a smile. I will return to shop here for my garden needs. Great options for borders, trellis', etc. Plants were green and healthy.
