As we admire our gorgeous hard wood floors which were completed yesterday, we wanted to say a thank you to the Alexanian Company & fantastic team of skilled professionals. At the beginning when walking into the Alexanian Company in London Ontario, I was met by courteous, professional & knowledgeable staff, in particular Scot, who in a friendly & thoughtful way helped with colour & floor selection & overall costs & deliveries. The construction crew under Eddie were a pleasure to have in our home. The very light coloured floor completed in the family room, kitchen, 2 halls & 2 bathrooms were expertly done. We would highly recommend the Alexanian Company for a large job completely beautifully in a very timely manner. We hope to work with Alexanians in the near future. Thank you to all! We renovated our house and purchased our hardwood flooring, carpet and blinds from Alexanian's. It was a big project. Tyson the manager came out to the house several times to view everything and walk through the process to discuss all the details. He is incredibly knowledgeable but his customer service is the best. He answered all our questions, responded to emails after hours and ordered samples for me to ensure I was confident in my decisions. Tyson is incredibly patient and always assured me that I would be happy with the products and the installations. We just had the final part completed today with the stairs runners and we are beyond thrilled. As I write this I received a message from Tyson asking if I was happy with the job, they just finished! . For the Blinds we worked with Crystal who also went over and above trying to work within our budget. She made countless calls to suppliers and the installer on her day off to ensure everything would be perfect. We were on a tight timeline and Crystal made it happen so we are moving in with blinds. The installer had to work around 10 other trades to get them installed and did it all with a smile. Having a one stop shop during a reno makes life a lot easier. Receiving fantastic customer service is very much appreciated!

Single Women in Motherhood would like to thank Jodi from Alexanian carpet and flooring for their generous donation of their time and hard work involving removing old carpet and replacing it with beautiful new flooring. Our new office space creates a warm, comforting environment for the workers, mothers and children of our organization to feel at home. We could not have asked for a better company to do this awesome charity work for us and we could not be more appreciative. Thank you again, from everyone at SWIM !

Had an area rug with a silk pile damaged/soiled from a party. Paid a few dollars extra to have Alexanians send it to their facility for cleaning. WOW, amazing job. You cannot tell where the damaged pile or soiled are were at all. Thank you!!!

Having recently moved to London we found ourselves needing many things for our new home, the first of which were window coverings and area rugs. We checked out many places and decided to put our trust in Alexanian Carpet. We met Chrystal who is a salesperson there and she immediately impressed us with her knowledge, patience, attention to detail and most important genuine interest in pleasing us the customer. We were not disappointed and are totally thrilled with the end result. Chrystal sees things through to the very end and makes sure you are 100% happy with your purchase. We also had the pleasure to meet Jody the manager who along with Chrystal made sure we were happy and kept us in the loop regarding our purchase. He also is a consummate professional and is hands on with his customers. We can`t thank him enough for making sure everything was perfect. We definitely would highly recommend this store as we trust your experience will be as exceptional as ours was! Thanks again Chrystal and Jody The Wallaces
