Had a good variety of electrical components and EMT available, so we were able to make due with an alternate product since they did not have stock of the size we wanted. Parts counter staff were friendly, chatted about local stuff, and helped us retrieve the conduit from the inventory shed. Store seemed reasonably well maintained.

The worst customer service I've ever experienced anywhere. After special ordering some LED lights that weren't in stock but were on sale I was finally called after 6 weeks of waiting. I went to the store the next day to pick them up only to find out one of the store employees took part of my order for himself. I also found out later this store has a nasty, and illegal, habit of not stocking items in their sales flyer and treating their customers like dirt. I'll NEVER go there again and will be taking my business to Soo Mill or even Home Hardware in Blind River for that matter. It will be nice to see this place go out of business so it can be taken over by mature responsible individuals.
