Modern Floors Carpet One installed carpet and tile in both my work place and my home. It was such a pleasant experience dealing with Shannon and the installation crew. I dreaded trying to pick out the carpet and tile but it was almost a painless experience working with Shannon. She is very knowledgeable about the products and has a great sense of design. Everything was done on time and the workmanship was excellent.

Great experience. We had 2 houses carpeted. The new house got upgraded and the old house got refreshed. Harriet did a great job from carpet selection to coordinating the installation. Installers did a great job, especially in the basement of the old house, which was a little bit tricky (in my mind) . Would recommend to anyone. Price is competitive and service is really good.

Modern Carpet One gave us top notch service from start to finish. Gemma and Harriet helped us find the very best flooring and Mike and Jamie installed it flawlessly. Both the office and installing personnel were courteous, professional, punctual, attentive to detail, and dedicated to quality service. Our great room was transformed from embarrassing to elegant. They finished yesterday and we still marvel at it hourly. It is like a new home! What a bargain! We highly recommend Modern of Walled Lake for your flooring needs. Thank you, James & Joan
