Greenvalley flooring really seems to care about their customers, and their reputation. An old fashion work ethic, family run business that is polite and the etiquette to listen to their customers without trying to get the sale but making sure you receive proper customer service. Pricing was very competitive compared to the many flooring stores we looked at. The process was smooth from quote to install, really top notch. I would hire him tomorrow, if I had another job coming up. I have recommended Greenvalley flooring to several people since I had them do an install of custom reclaimed wood flooring. Their team's workmanship was better than most in my opinion and I've hired 3 different installers in the last 5 yrs for different properties. Quality was great and they were probably managing several jobs at once without impacting my job that was done on time so we are extremely pleased overall.

We just moved and we bought some wood flooring from Green Valley no problems we had other people install it, it look beautiful so we decided we're doing the main floor that we would call them get the wood and get them to put it in what a mistake. We had there people install the new railing and pickets on the stairs. The pickets are loose. We ordered the same wood as upstairs that we got from them before and they got the wrong colour they did not return it they said they wood sand it all down and stain it themselves at no extra cost. Well what a mess they were here for over a month redo the mess they created. We call Santino and he kept telling us that it will get fixed. He even sent his manager John who saw the mess and agreed that it had to come all out. That was Nov 2015 we called them January, February, March 2016 we give up so far warning to anybody who does business with them. We are going to have to buy some more wood and eventually rip it all out it is full of scratches and dents from all the sanding the varnish they applied went cloudy. So buyer be ware.

I purchased a custom hardwood floor for our house in the summer and was really pleased with the service and follow up we received from Santino at Greenvalley Flooring. This is a great wood flooring store when you are looking for a custom floor that is high quality. My thanks to the whole team for doing a great job.
