Recently we had the pleasure of Modern Flooring work on our home. They completely refinished our stairs and railings to perfection. They also replaced pickets to make our home modern and up to date. They installed hardwood in our whole main floor. Their workmanship is impeccable. I will highly recommend them to friends and family without hesitation. Thank you so much!

Modern flooring refurbished our water damaged floors. During the process we inspected the job site on two occasions. The suite was left in pristine condition after they removed the existing parquet flooring, and also after the installation of the new engineered hardwood flooring, baseboard, and porcelain tile work. We are most impressed with our entire dealings with them from the help we received in making our choice to the finished product. We would not hesitate to recommend them to our friends and acquaintances. In fact, we already have.

I had Modern Flooring do a complete renovation of hardwood floors and my staircase. The work they did was exceptional, quality workmanship, honest and on time. They were so easy to deal with and Daniel always came by to make sure the project was going well and kept everything going so we would not be in a mess for long. I would recommend these guys for any renovation as they are honest, reasonable and reliable. The installers were exceptional and very clean. They always made sure they left no mess before leaving and always kept us up to date with what was happening that day. Thanks Daniel and Tracey for another amazing job.
