Amazon has done a great job with the new engineered hardwood flooring in my new condo, price was very reasonable, installation was fast and service was great. Thanks to everyone who helped out with my new floors from choosing the colours to the install.

Purchased hardwood floors for my home, the staff was very helpful with helping us choosing the right colour and quality hardwood. Everything was fast and we picked up the flooring in the same day.

There are a bunch of flooring stores right around the same 2-block area here. I was looking for new hardwood last year and visited them all. It's kind of ridiculous trying to compare flooring that will probably be in your house for decades to try to figure out which one has the most durable finish (or whatever). I ended up going with Amazon because they had BRAND NAME flooring from real manufacturers that seem reputable. It's a bit like shopping in 1982 though in terms of customer service. They have ridiculous pick-up times that are really restrictive (like 2-4 p.m. a couple times a week or some nonsense). And you have to pay for the flooring IN ADVANCE before you can pick it up - likely a few days later. And if you have to return any (extra) full boxes, be prepared to travel back in time while they photocopy your original paper receipt and only let you keep the copy, fax a copy to their main warehouse in Vaughan, tell you that the refund will come by CHEQUE and will take 4-6 weeks. Then be ready to call 4-6 weeks later to find out why you weren't refunded. Then wait another week until the cheque arrives. Apart from the restrictive pick-up times and the crazy return procedure, the place was okay and I'm happy (so far) with the Wickham floor I installed.

Great selection and prices. Way better then going to big box stores like home Depot for your flooring. Installation service was perfect, saves the hastle of trying to find an installer on your own.
