Amazing service. I purchased full re-flooring for my cottage, & the sales representative 'Sarah' recommended the flooring type, and it was a perfect fit! Good products, good prices, and great customer service. Thank you again Sarah for your help! You guys really are first class!

i had my flooring for my townhome supplied and installed by First Class Flooring. The staff we so friendly, such a great environment. The showroom will blow you away, they have everything! Both Sarah and Joan were wonderful to deal with. I strongly recommend FC flooring.

Very unresponsive. I emailed Sarah on Sept. 22, Oct. 10, Oct. 16, Oct. 24 and left a voicemail on Oct. 31 to follow up because there was a discrepancy between what we were billed and the floors that were delivered. I never received the refund. Worst customer service ever! Very disappointed and definitely not first class.

Friendly and accommodating staff. Competitive prices & great service! I would not hesitate to go to them if I ever had to do my flooring again. Working with everybody in the store is fun!
