I purchased flooring from here great customer service. Kumar helped me to choose my flooring and was a great assistance too me. I would highly recommend to go and buy flooring from this establishment because of the cost efficiency and the general knowledge that the staff show is amazing. Ask for Kumar or anyone who approaches you because they are all great People’s. 5 stars!!

I was looking for both Laminates and Hardwood to match existing and Mr.Kumar helped me through the process from start to end. I must say it was not an easy find and Mr Kumar had to go through numerous contacts before he could find one. Additionally there was a cost differential which to my understanding Brampton Hardwood took upon itself, a true sign of commitment. Thank you .

Whenever we need hardwood we visit Kumar. He is so efficient and ready to help. He is the only guy we deal with. He delivers on his promises

Would give less stars if I could. Do your research and read previous reviews. I did not and am currently experiencing problems that previous customers experienced. I just wish I knew how poor their customer service was before I purchased hardwood from them. They are eager to please you at the time of the sale, but if you have problems with the hardwood after it's delivered they don't care. The manager Joe makes all these promises that seem like they are willing to help you, but then they don't call back and blame you for the product being defective and not installing properly. Take my advice don't waste your time and money dealing with them. Apparently sale items are clearance items and you will receive hardwood that is scratched and does not install properly.

Dealing with Joe has been a terrible experience. Apparently this guy is some manager but deceives customers. This location sells wood on sale with no guarantee and doesn't not take ownership of products sold. Buyer beware! Products marked special are clearance not a sale. Customer orders start at $500 for mistakes they do!
