Purchased the 14mm click style engineered flooring, and this product is junk, it has a deceptively thin top layer that appears thick from a side profile. We found this out after some water got on it and it started delaminating. Now I cant find any product since its been discontinued and I will have to replace all of it. If you purchase any of this companies product, make sure there are bullnoses available for it and get a factory stain. On my particular choice, there were no bullnoses available, and no stain in the world will match it, only found this out after our purchase. Expensive mistake but lesson learned.

These guys are great. Ordered from them a few times now for our customers and have no issues. Great products, fast service and decent pricing! Sure they don't have the fancy showroom or anything like that, but it's not needed anyway.

We are a flooring dealer out of the Niagara area and have been so delighted to work with GRS!!! Their representative (Daniel Wu) is absolutely a pleasure to work with, and the customer service received is top notch!!! GRS woods provides our store with not only great service, but a fabulous product, priced competitively and we couldn't be happier to learn about their expanding centers in Ontario and wider use of north american woods, an option people are asking for more and more. Thank you Daniel, and GRS for your great product and service, 5 stars from Golia Flooring all around!!!

I purchased Totem product through Consumer's Carpet. Product was not as per my expectation. Delivery was not on time. And, they also refused to take back left over boxes. Their service was not good either. I would suggest stay away from GRS and also stay away from Consumer's Carpet.
