I paid a visit to Happy Hardwood's cozy shop which was near my office. Their staff were very straight-forward and open with their pricing and their materials. They came down to do a free estimate and I ended up engaging them for tearing out the 2nd floor carpet and installing engineered wood instead. Happy recommended a match that was 99% close to our main floor's color, and better since it was hand-scraped. Their rates are reasonable but what I valued was their work, speed and honesty. Strongly recommended.

Ben and the team did an amazing job adding hardwood flooring for the entire 2nd floor. These guys are extremely hard working and got the job done in amazing time. Couldn't ask for a better team. Don't bother searching for anyone else.

Happy was extremely helpful and pleasant. We were shopping for wood to complete a hardwood installation in our home. Happy spent 20 minutes on the phone with us to explain what to look for when purchasing the right hardwood. When we reached out to him later (after selecting a wood samples from other stores), he gladly provided his advice on which sample would be best for our home in terms of colour and quality. Happy went out of his way to ensure that our project would be a success, even though he wasn’t receiving business from us. Highly recommended for superior customer service.
