So happy with our new floors. We purchased our floors from the our local store in Henrietta. We worded with Deshaun in the store who helped us pick out the flooring that best fit our needs. From the day we bought the carpet to the day they were installed only took 8 days. The company that installed the flooring (Service PROs ) was excellent. They contacted us and stayed in touch throughout the job. The carpet looks amazing. We couldn't be happier. The guys who put in the carpet even helped us move our furniture back in place. HAPPY CUSTOMER

Tristan is a great employee who gave us a great deal on a floor model shampoo-er. Very polite. Knowledgeable in the entire store; not just his department.

They have the worst customer service for returns. Every time I have had to return something (remodel houses) I am in line for an average of 20 mins and it's only 3 customers deep... You can talk to the Manager and it never changes.

Worse visit to Lowe's I've ever had. Asked for assistance for a product in the lawn and garden area and the guy working there literally asked me "IF I WAS IN 4th GRADE" because I wanted more information about the product.
