Variety good (same as other flooring stores) Prices competitive. They seem to be more into hardwood flooring installations than laminate floors. After sales service on laminate floors non-existent!!! I purchased my laminate in May, 2017 and here it is April, 2018 and I am still waiting for them to come and correct their shoddy installation. They believe if they ignore you, you will go away!! Great customer relations!!!

We just had our new floor installed in our living/dining rooms. Our experience with the store staff was first class. They are professional and knowledgeable. Brandon and his crew did a real nice job with the installation and the clean up. Good prices and good service.

Salesperson was knowledgeable and very helpful in picking out our hardwood floors, which we've had installed for a few years now with no problems. We used our own contractor for the installation. Will definitely deal with them again.

I only had one interaction, on the phone. I asked if they had samples available to borrow for a day or so to use for something not flooring related, and if so, what I could do to make that happen (I knew I may have to pay a rental fee if they knew that I wasn't a direct customer, and I said I would be happy to pay something). My question was met with only negativity and why it would be a hassle for them, and the "sales" person ended up hanging up on me when I politely suggested that maybe I need to go somewhere else to find what I'm looking for because I didn't want to put anyone out or be a hassle in any way. I could have been a future customer if this experience had been a pleasant one, but I won't be going here for my flooring needs in the future.

Went there on Dec.10, 2012 with declared intention to have hardwood everywhere in the house. My wife picked the shades and I was discussing details with the showroom employee, in my mind being the last details before giving them the go ahead. Apparently the phone ringed because the employee stopped me in the middle of my question and apologized for having to take that call. I said no problem and I went on browsing around. Which I did for the next 15 minutes. It's kind of small showroom so at one point it became awkward. I looked in office direction to see if the guy is OK, and yes he was on the phone... We left. If the front desk is having this manners what can you expect from the rest of the business model? Reconnecting the dots from what this guy was describing, fat cats far from what their website suggests.
