I had a great experience working with the fine gentlemen at Abbey Floors. I've had them do multiple projects for me and each one turned out great. Always on time, great prices, and most of importantly, excellent customer service. They have a huge variety of flooring and were very flexible to install when it worked best for me. It was much better than working with a big box store where the same guy who helps with appliances is helping you with floors.

Was extremely unhappy with the customer service. I had some carpet installed at my mother’s home and the installation was terrible. Had a better experience with a young hispanic gentleman a few years ago but the guy that installed this time was sloppy. They overmeasured the area and took the remaining unused material. Charged me for the extra carpet and pad which were not installed and left with it. Im not sure if this was just to up their sales but Buyers beware. This is not how you run a legitimate business. Will be seeking other options for carpet and flooring in the future. My mother tried contacting the business owner but he just seemed to try and sweep it under the rug.

Was not happy with customer service. Didn't call to tell us carpet was on back order, when I called them after 3 1/2 weeks. No apology for not calling just bs excuses. One being a shortage of truck drivers!? Still thought carpet could be installed within the 6 week timeline. I called each week because each week they said it would be in, and wouldn't schedule install until carpet arrived. Of course, I called 2 days before the tentative install date they actually made before carpet came in and after the date I wanted it, and was told it was a go. They called my husband 2 minutes later to tell him the carpet came in and the install is on! What was that? After all that, the install was great! The guys were professional. Very neat, putting the furniture back with no issues. Did a great job wrapping the numerous stairs. Cleaned up every scrap of old carpet. So, we are happy with the results. The price was good. Customer service, not so good.

Great carpet and linoleum selections. The prices are the best around. Exceptional workers. Mark and Larry make it so easy. Thank you.
