Another reason why I rarely shop at this store. Went in to return 2 door handles. Apparently the handles are no longer a “regular stocking item†after 2 months. I didn’t have a receipt however have the Visa card in which they were purchased. This is apparently not an acceptable method of return because “they’re no longer a regular stocking itemâ€. I guess we should all look into the future to make sure the items we purchase remain in their stocking inventory. They won’t be around too long with this attitude and their overly inflated prices, especially theirs “sale prices†that are equal to Home Depot’s regular prices.

Went to this Lowe's to buy hardwood flooring. I asked one of the employees there if the hardwood I wanted was a part of the sale. The employee told me it was BOGO 50% so of course I bought a bunch. After returning home, I checked my receipt and there was no discount or anything applied. So I went back with the receipt. Turns out this hardwood was not on sale, so I have freaking idea why the employee lied to me. Came back home, reloaded my car and went back to return it cause it was not worth it. In the end, went back and forth to Lowe's 3 times because the employee did not know what he was doing. Educate employees please.

I love to window shop while my young lad has asked me many times why I never buy anything. Plans for that big project are in the future right?

Lowe’s has a slightly higher end/better quality selection of home decor items, etc... than Rona, Home Depot or Canadian Tire. Parking lot is spacious. Staff friendly & helpful. There is always someone to assist customers.. no long waits for staff. Excellent quality & selection of appliances. No pressure from staff. Four stars only because dogs are not allowed in store or garden centre... very disappointing..ðŸ¾ðŸ™
