I have placed a few orders with Centura and they have done a great job! Everything has been ready promptly and the material is all of good quality. On one of our orders there was a miscommunication, I spoke with Matt (one of the managers) and he was so helpful in coming up with a practical solution that made it easy for me to keep our job on track and still facilitate a return! Thank you so much!

Incredible experience!!! The service was 5 star, and the tiles were incredible quality. We were overwhelmed and in-awe with the beautiful selection of tiles and had the most amazing, supportive staff help us bring our vision to life. Our tiles got put in last week and they are stunning!!

Great tile…horrible customer service. It’s divided into three sections that fight with each other. You buy your tile, the salesperson sends a ticket to the back, if sales makes an error they make the customer go back, lots of conflict between the two, ultimately the customer suffers. Sales people not allowed in the “fishbowl”, the place you go for customer service, signs are up saying sales people need permission to be there. Bought some tile, back Loading people wouldn’t fill the order because of a sales error, manager wouldn’t help, told me to go back to sales. This is for a paid for order, 45 minutes to try and get the loading people to fill the order. Managers couldn’t care less. Don’t shop herw

After being at several other tile stores, we finally felt that we were in the hands of professionals. Our sales rep, Yassmine, shared with us, her enthusiasm, positive energy and decor expertise. I knew after 10 minutes with Yassmine that we were in capable hands. We were in and out of the showroom within an hour. We were provided with samples of tile to take home in order to determine if the tile colours chosen would work with our home lighting and new kitchen countertops and cabinet colour samples. Amazingly, Yasmin’s was 100 percent on the mark. Thank you for making this a such a good experience.
