The salesperson, Said, was very helpful, considerate, and patient with our many changes in the order. His extensive product knowledge and customer service reflect the high quality Carpet Mill offers its customers. The carpet installer Ali took pride in his work and did a fine job installing the carpet. He made extra efforts to ensure that I was completely satisfied with his work. I would highly recommend Carpet Mill to my friends and family.

Exceptional service! Wide variety of choices for carpet. Lindsay was knowledgeable and attentive. Jeff was very helpful with measurements and specific needs for stairs. Al and Nassar worked tirelessly to insure that the installation was flawless. The quality of their craftsmanship is outstanding. Highly recommend Carpet Mill.

Good prices, friendly staff. Six months after we had some stair carpet installed by them, it was coming up halfway up the stairs as the carpet was a little thicker than normal for the tacks. I called them, and they were STILL friendly, even after they got paid (rare for most companies now-a-days) and they sent a guy to repair it the next day (free of course). There were no, 'it has been six months', or 'do you have your receipt'. Great service and I would definitely use them again!

Really great experience at Carpet Mill. Jeff was wonderful - very knowledgeable and helpful as we considered various options. Prompt for the appointment to measure for installation and installation itself was very well done. Would definitely recommend them and will be using them again for sure.
