I can't say enough good things about this company. We had received a few quotes from other companies that were recommended to us and decided to go with AA Floors, mostly because of the excellent customer service that Myron showed us and his willingness to work with our budget and our vision. Their team showed tremendous respect for our home and did a fantastic job! It was as if they weren't even there. We now have beautiful floors throughout the house at a very reasonable price. for our home and did a fantastic job! It was as if they weren't even there. We spent a lot of time researching new flooring for our main floor reno. After consulting with Peter, we landed on a brushed walnut engineered - manufactured by Twelve Oaks. We are thrilled with the result. It looks fantastic and is a perfect solution for our needs. Service was great throughout the process.

It was a stressful experience. We had a tiny room to install laminate flooring. They used two different colors. It looked like there was a patch work in the middle of the room. I know the owner is going to respond that the installer told us about the different color so I am going to mention that when he showed us the different color, most of his tools were coving the floor and the light from the window prevented us from seeing the difference but we were absolutely upset about the finished job. Also, the installer charged us $100 for insulation but took the last roll down to his truck and didn't use it. I recommend checking the codes of the tiles you buy. They should all be the same number otherwise you end up with a job like this.

Huge selection, helpful! Upfront quotes - look this sounds trivial but I have called so many places that said that you need to come in, talk to them.... I do not have that time. With AA Floors - I called them gave dimensions and got a preliminary PDF quote! The prices are great that's why they are not afraid to put cost on paper. Great installers - very quick, careful and clean. Ruslan (owner) is there to help every step of the way, immediate troubleshooting and never pressures for an up-sell. Anyhow - this is my third transaction with AA Floors and without fail good service!!!
