Very honest and profession business, I am very satisfied with the floor recommended for me. The installation workers work very carefully and carefully. One girl of the sales she is very nice.

Absolute worst company to deal with. Poor communication (lots of one word responses), lack of business ethics, backward business logic, no commitment for clients. Poor workmanship on their work, and delayed by multiple months. Very bad timing as well, and they can never be on time with our appointments. I think it’s time for this business to close their doors, not sure how they survived this long to be honest.

Dishonest and rude. I visited them through a referral and went back a few times as we were deciding on the renovations and the floor material, but each time their prices kept on changing, and actually increasing. I can understand a mistake here or there. But not three times!! It feels like a bait and switch to me. In the end the girl there told me to go and buy my floors somewhere else, I guess they have enough business that my money doesn't matter to them. Don't trust this company!

Terrible support after the sale. Could not get a hold of anyone after I’ve paid the invoice. Very arrogant sales staff, with a non-existent management. They are more interested protecting themselves rather than their customers. Don't buy anything there.

The sales rep hanged up on me. Very rude, and did not want to answer my question at all, be aware of their service. Had to call multiple times to get an answer as well.
