Recommending " End of the Roll"

We are so pleased with the knowledge and professionalism shown by all involved with our selection of flooring. Installation was completed in one day by an amazing duo who never took a break. Thank you to all, including the follow up call post install. Highly recommend this business.

Will be going to The end of the roll for all of my flooring needs. Mike was very knowledgeable friendly and worked hard to find the perfect carpet for our bedrooms in our new home. Scott was professional and also very knowledgeable friendly and suggested options to get the best results. The rug was installed by a very experienced carpet layer who knew exactly what he was doing also professional from start to finish. We are more than satisfied. Thank you Peter and Cindy

Wonderful experience Scott was amazing when he came to measure very fast in responding with quote extremely quick in getting installation time as I was dealing with restoration company due to flooding and installation crew was amazing I'm sorry I can't remember their names but so polite and I loved listening to them work downstairs they seemed to really love their jobs and working together as a team I could hear them laughing at times singing to radio and just enjoying being together the second day in my home they stayed till they finished. Their job even repaired another small issue with my hardwood floor didn't leave till 6:30 that evening I think and my floor downstairs is beautiful I would and have recommended to everyone and I should not forget even my first visit to store was pleasant Candy was very helpful in helping me pick out my beautiful floor Thankyou again for everything and I will be back again

Amazing service and fast installation! Mike who works at End of the Roll in Chatham was excited and passionate to help us find a right flooring solution. Never felt like he was trying to push any product and even though our order was only going to be for a small area, he was eager to earn our business, even stopped his lunch and came out to answer more of my questions. He used simple drawings and helped me understand how they do this. He was also able to give me rough quotes with different materials so I can make an informed decision. Owner of the business who does the quote came out to our house smiling and helped us understand all the things involved in installation and how much time it could take. They love their job and are confident about their work. The installation was done by other man who was also very friendly and quick. We will come back to them for any future needs.

We recently had new flooring put in. The staff at End Of The Roll were amazing from the start to finish. Rachel and Scott were so friendly. Rachel was very helpful and very informative when we were picking out what we wanted. We figured it would take a while to have them come and install the floor BUT we couldn’t have been more wrong. Four days after picking what we wanted the floor was in. Bob and Scott arrived first thing that morning and got right to work. They had one question for us before starting....Do you mind if we play music while we work? Do we mind....absolutely not. I don’t think they stopped all day and when they were finished WOW. We couldn’t have been happier. They did a phenomenal job Thank you End Of The Roll. We will for sure recommend you and be back when we have other work to be done.

Friendly and knowledgable staff. Scott was awesome! He worked with me and showed me what I could do to make the install look better. I had a very small issue(not install related) that he took care of the very next business day! Thanks to all the folks at Chatham End of the Roll. Would use their services again.
