We chose Nino Marte Flooring based on reviews and testaments so we thought we owed others who look here for information on local companies a review of our experience. I will keep this short as I know NMF has a chance to respond to this review and one of our issues with them is that they seem to have an "answer" for everything. This job was upside down from the start but they seem to have an "answer" or "explanation for every concern. When they did their "final walk through" of the job, both the owner and his "project manager" walked through our house. It was a "sand and stain" job of a rather new home. Our biggest issue is that the pictures you see below....to the owner and the PM....this was acceptable as a "FINAL PRODUCT". We are aware our contract said we were responsible for "touch ups" but everyone we have had through the home said this was unbelievably poor craftsmanship and that this surely exceeds "touch ups". Not once did they acknowledge how horrible the walls and trim looked...but that I should know "it's not easy to do...hard to reach...tough corner". We heard it all! They did compensate us somewhat but never acknowledged how poorly they did. Here is the rub for anyone who uses them: ENSURE THEY USE THEIR PEOPLE!!!!! Our job was farmed out unbeknownst to us to some 3rd party. BE SURE TO WRITE IN YOUR CONTRACT THAT IT IS NMF IN YOUR HOME AND NOT SOMEONE ELSE. I am ready for their reply....which given the publicity of Google reviews wont be as rude as some of the emails from the project manager, but the justification will be all through their reply. Is there justification for leaving a home with it looking like this? The attached pics will speak for themselves. REMEMBER...they were 100% satisfied with this as their final product of our job. The customer service at Nino Marte Flooring is nothing short of impeccable. Their new showroom is very nice and is not even completed yet. Can't wait to see what it looks like when they've done their own floors because their work is stunning! If you want to go somewhere that you're treated like family, use these guys. Would 100% recommend. They even let me use their printer so that I didn't have to go out of my way to print a form I needed for something else.

We recently had the front entrance floor replaced at our home. We are extremely happy with the results. Thank you to Silvio for his advice and knowledge. With his expertise and advice we knew we made the right choice . We want to thank Mike and Faraj for their excellent work that they did on tiling this front entrance. It not only looks magnificent it is so nice to walk on it. We are looking froward to having the floor in the kitchen replaced with tiles as well in the new year. We know that Mike and Faraj will do another fantastic job. Thank you.

The people who work there were nothing short of accommodating and gracious. The friendly service that I received was refreshing. They took the time to chat with us and make us feel at home in their new space

Nino went above and beyond to make sure I got what I wanted. His contractors were professional and did an amazing job. Their attention to detail and pride in their work came through on an exceptional job done on my floors and stairs. A bit expensive but I’m so happy with the result.
