Very helpful staff went in looking for cull lumber as I only needed a small piece about of wood for a simple project. Not only did they walk me over to the bin they also offered to cut the only piece they had to suit what I needed. When I said no it was alright they didn't have to do that they offered to load it up for me and we joked about fitting a 12 foot board into my Focus. Great staff!

Amazing experience. I was looking for a special screw for my patio door and the representative at Lowe's was more than helpful. He opened the packages to make sure the screw fitted properly in the binding post and most importantly he didn't try to sell me a new handle as other stores did. Thank you so much.

0 rating. Just left the store having interrupted the lady in kitchen design who was having a conversation about kids and renting. She didn't have time to look up a product code on her truckload sale but had me stand there for 10 minutes listening to her talk about kids!!!

I like going to Lowes. Can always find a sales associate willing and able to help. Clean and organized store.

As someone else mentioned, in terms of customer service (which is not to be mistaken with staffing — ample number of people standing/sitting at customer service desk), one star is too generous. Needed help in plumbing, told to look for item over in aisle. Ok. Not very helpful. Moved to lighting fixtures, along with 8 other people looked for staff for more than 20 minutes. In fact, seems the role of employees is to avoid customers. Actually had more than $900 worth of stuff in the cart. Went to the front desk, asked if there was a manager present and was advised “he’s out on the floor somewhere”. No question to call. No, “I can call them for you”. Nope. Just out on the floor. Must be quite the game of hide and seek in this store. Fun. Worst. This used to be one of my absolute favourite stores. Loved the place. Smart and helpful staff. Now. Have no idea where they are hiding. Almost could be a game of find the elusive red smock for kids! Left the cart with all of the potential purchases at the customer and walked out. So Lowe’s....wonder why you lose business to Home Depot? Not a very impressive showing. You know. We’re already in your store. We did our part....maybe you could oh...try to actually sell us stuff.
