Clean well laid out store with good variety of items. If their prices were more comparable, would give 5 stars.

I use to love this store prices were a little higher but it was well worth it for the great customer service. Sadly that seems to have changed after the last couple of experiences I'm I'm sad too said I will be taking my business elsewhere .

The staff are always very helpful. I've been in dozens of times and every time someone has offered help. They recently expanded the products they carry, (Especially lights, flooring and tile) a really great selection!

A remarkably good Hardware and Lumber store with extra-ordinarily knowledgeable staff and specialized services. Friendly and patient cashiers typically top-off a great shopping experience. One criticism--it could be a co-incidence but it seems to me some inventory is getting on the low side--although I noticed the same at the local "Homely Despot"-- no 3/4 inch, 4x8 sheets of veneer core plywood in Birch or Maple, just a few sheets of oak veneer plywood, which isn't worth the extra $25 charged for it and the dozens of slivers you get handling it after a few hours... C'mon guys--am I the only one buying your Birch/Maple, veneer core plywood? 18.5 mm Baltic Birch is great for many projects but not all of them--it tends to be on the heavy side.
