From out of state. We don't have Menards there. Wish we did. Great store. Friendly associates. Reasonable prices. Love the yard items we purchased. Will have a home in Alabama.

At the checkout I questioned the pricing for a pair of tree loppers and told her it was marked differently. The cashier was very friendly and put her light on and I said I would go back to confirm the price I told her. I went back to the garden section, took a pic of the shelf with the price tag and box from where the product was to show her and the female from the customer service desk. I come back and have the picture and the female that came over argued with me and told me that another customer must have moved them all around and what did I want her to do about it. When I told her they may want to reorganize them so they are labeled properly, she rolled her eyes and said it was another customers fault. Well guess what, this customer that spends several thousands of dollars a year at your very store, will not be spending another dime there. Your attitude and dismay toward this customer will definitely get around to other customers of yours and I’ll be following up with your manager tomorrow.

Best customer service. I needed to have a key made, but wasnt sure where to go. I found a sales associate down an aisle and she walked me to the machine and helped me through the process. Then I went over to the decking area and the sales associate that helped me went above and beyond to show me what I needed. He even took me over to the product and showed me how to order it online since I didn't want to buy it right then.

Good place to get basic necessities for your house but sometimes I would watch the quality.

A person in the garden area helped me find what I needed. He was knowledgeable & kind enough to stop watering flowers & help me pick out the right miracle grow for the flower I bought. Love the variety of items in this store. We bought household items, stuff for our car wash, tools & several garden items. We shop here often when doing home repairs & projects around the house & in the yard.
