Very disappointing service...I went in to purchase several items from different departments all at one time. I was having the items installed and made the employees very aware of that. First, in appliances, a lady started to help me then 5 minutes in she asked another employee to come take over as she had to go on break?? The other employee was friendly but didn't have a clue how to schedule an install, I actually showed her how to do a few things on their own computer! Next I went to plumbing, again made the employee very aware I was having these items installed. After several attempts to correctly bring up my previous appliance order he decided to create a different order. Twenty minutes later he's finally ready to call for a manager to sign the installation contract. They were all in a meeting so I advised I wanted to look at lighting and paint and I'd come back in a few minutes. After another 20 minutes I come back to a signed contract and a cart full of the items I was to have installed...I asked why would I be taking these with me if I was having them installed in 3 weeks? Then I was charged extra for delivery and then was told the shower faucet I picked out was not eligible for installation services...yet it was approved by a manager? Then I waited another 10 minutes for the new contract to be signed by a different manager! I'm all done with Lowe's, especially this location. The staff think they are better than their customers and are really just there to socialize with each other.
