Very helpful sales people! It's a rarity anymore. Most retail short on staff first of all. Went to Home Depot recently and a Wal-Mart and so hard to find anyone available. Even though I think home depot is cheaper I prefer Lowe's for service and knowledge. Example; a lady in plumbing suggested a toilet and I like it so much I got another one today for my other bathroom! Easy no hassle returns! Home Depot sales are great too but harder to find in store.

I normally don’t write negative reviews. I like to support businesses that deserve it. I’m writing this review while standing in the return line. I’ve been waiting in line for 15 minutes. Behind 1 lady that’s been at the counter for the same amount of time. One guy at the counter. This is ridiculous. Someone please help this guy out. People starting to line up behind me.

I don't usually shop at this Lowe's but it was on my way home from work and all I needed was one of those tall hanging-basket holders you stake into the ground. I walked around the place for about 15 minutes, trying to find the item. Then I was trying to find an associate to help. Someone behind a counter, who was busy with something else, told me to go to a specific aisle. Nothing there. No one around. Set my other items down on the shelf and left annoyed.

Horrible experience. Me and my wife went in to buy doors in January. They sent a man to measure our house and gave us a quote. We decided we needed an extra month to save and they said we can order at any time. We went back in a month later to order the doors. They lost our file and measurements. So they had to send our another man to come measure AGAIN when both me and my PREGNANT wife work and had to take time off AGAIN. So they measured AGAIN and we went in AGAIN to order doors. The guy in the door department says "I'm new and I dont know what I'm doing so you need to come back a different day"..at this point we're livid. I call customer care to tell them all we want are some doors! They were no help and neither was the manager. Finally we get our order in and the doors of course are on back order and took 3 weeks to arrive. They just arrived at our house TODAY in the middle of MAY and they said we dont have your locks or door handles (which we picked out with their "expert") apparently they forgot to give us them when we paid weeks ago. Honestly. Home Depot will be our main store from here on out.
