I went in to pick up screen door hardware, 60 watt led bulbs and some batteries. CS guy asked if I need any help, said no found every thing, thanks. Great store. I love LOWE'S.

Great Service, I stopped to buy some stovepipe for my new pellet stove, as I walked around numerous employees offered their assistance ,direction and knowledge. I got a veteran's discount on my whole purchase and overall a great experience and price.

Just a fantastic experience. I've never meet anyone like the people that work there. They are thoughtful, knowledgeable, and real problem solvers, they help you through an issue, not blow you off with " I don't know" which really means,ni don't care. But they do truly care about your problem. It's just a blast to go in and walk around.

Needed access to garden center to buy mulch and flowers. Gate was locked. employee said I'd have to enter through main entrance of store, which was way out of my way. When I got inside the garden area I found most of the flowers to be dead fom lack of water. Never, have I had such a bad experience at Lowe's before. I hope it is the last.
