THANKS TO STORE MANAGER , a hostile situation has been resolved , good work 4-19-2018 all back to normal. (After six months of poor customer service ,assistant manager accuses me of saying something I did not say ,cause of a negative experience at another store . says that i must leave and never come back . and from looking at other comments , drain the swamp please ! 4 -12 - 2018 )

Back in March of 2018 , me and my helper was price checking items for a job , we needed to know if the store had what we needed before we started , before long we were told to turn off our camera by a manager , I said we wanted to show are customer what the item looked liked before we would purchase , he said that was not allowed and then got silent , minutes later we were asked to leave. will never do business there again.

Terrible customer service, bad experience overall. After waiting MONTHS for a range I ordered (it was a black Friday deal) along with the gas hookup, I called the day before delivery to make sure they don't forget the hookup. They still forgot it. Then the manager had the gall to act like he was doing me a favor by overnighting it, and wouldn't even give me a coupon for my next purchase for the trouble. I won't be shopping there anymore.

Bought a fridge, range, microwave, washer and dryer. Staff were less than curtious and were openly annoyed at us when we called asking if our appliances we're available for pickup. (Weeks after the order) They informed us it was ready and we told them we would be in to pick it all up HOURS a head of time. ( We we're told to allow half hour so they could bring it out from the back) We informed when we arrived that they didn't have enough staff to accommodate "bringing it up front for pickup". After we bought the appliances, I had no idea that extra materials would be needed to install the water line in the fridge. It costs us another trip to buy those. Whoever worked in that Dept was beyond rude and not pleasant to work with. I felt entirley snubbed after spending $3,000 plus. I will not be buying appliances ever again at Lowes.

My cousin felt threatened going back in to cancel order , because of a dispute , I went in to cancel an order , before I could say anything they told me to leave . No problem , will cancel online . you lost two valued customers now.
