The staff were professional and very helpful. Especially a young girl who was working the cash register. She was really friendly when greeting the customers.

Very disappointed in the management especially Steve. This guy cannot see the forest for the trees. Old Saying. I have purchased thousands of Dollars ( about $50K plus) in building materials over the years. I needed a few pieces of 16ft boards delivered and Steve wanted to charge me the Full delivery cost, which was almost the cost of the boards. I wasn't asking for a special delivery just when the truck was going by. From now on I will only buy what I have to from that store, which will be almost nothing.

Poor Customer Service specially with the guy name Rob. Came there asking help on where I could get the product and told me that they dont carry it, even though that product was purchase there before. I even showed the instruction paper and model# and I was told to go somewhere else or it would take weeks to get it ordered. I was brushed off immediately and it wasnt even busy. Went to another home hardware and right away they were able to help me. Very disappointed!
