We recently visited Main Floor Carpet One for an area rug. Eric Hill was extremely helpful and had great ideas based on other projects he recently completed. They had a great selection of options, it was a difficult decision. The carpet we selected was not in stock, Eric was very upfront about the timeline and kept us posted as the delivery date got closer. The delivery was seamless, the men were very knowledgeable and respectful to ensure the rug was in a good spot that we could easily unroll when we were ready. Eric followed up after the delivery to confirm that we were pleased. The total cost ended up being less than we were originally quoted and paid, a credit was issued to our credit card without asking about it. I would highly recommend Eric Hill and MFCO in downtown Royal Oak.

Great service and quality from the team at Main Floor covering. I needed carpet for my basement and from the beginning they were so friendly and professional! They helped me pick out the best product and it turned out great. Since I’ve moved, I’ve used main floor covering again to put vinyl in my kitchen and had the same great experience, so now I’ve referred my mom. Definitely would recommend supporting this local business, they do a great job.

Main Floor has been fantastic in providing flooring for both my personal home and rental properties. I've used them to install carpeting and linoleum, as well as refinish and install hardwood flooring. Each and every time I've used them has been a complete breeze. Their staff is very responsive and do not try to push you into a product that you don't need; and when they give you a quote for your job, you can be sure that that is what you will be charged. I would highly recommend Main Floor for any of your flooring needs!

The carpet is beautiful and the crew did a great job! We had a particularly challenging install - uneven slab floors and a unique shape to our very large room but they went above and beyond to make sure that the floor leveling was perfect and you can’t see any seams! We are excited for them to come back and do the rest of our house soon!

Eric Shapiro and the crew were great. Everyone was friendly, accommodating, and quick! The work was high quality and at a great price. Have used them a few times and will continue to use them for future projects.
