Their customers services from all of the associates sucked on 3/25/18 at 8:30 . No one greets you. I asked 2 different associates where aisle 61 bay 25 was they said "The tools are right there." A female associate was walking past and I stopped her. I asked the same question she said with an attitude"what are you looking for?" I showed her a pic . She stated "I don't think we have that." 🤔I just wanna know where the heck aisle 61 bay 25 is since Lowes directing you with numbers round here but they stop at # 60. She walk off with an attitude saying I'll 👀 see if we have it. So I says very loudly "you ain't good look I'll go to across the parking lot to Home Depot". I left called the store to adorable with a manager and wouldn't you know it they were all in a meeting 😂🤣🤔😒

Nice store, generally good service, but some departments are not as well stocked as Home Depot Roseville. (The department with cleaning supplies was sparse today.)

Them install three security doors and locks which total 6. And all keyed-alike. The latch for the outside door lock broke the security Pan and the closer. Went to buy a replacement part. And they do not have the proper part to replace had to go to 4 places before I found the part I was looking for. Good place to buy things but not a good place for replacement parts which should have been on the Shelf. The only replacement parts they had was quick key latches which will not fit the locks that I have. So that is 6 locks that I cannot get the replacement parts from the place I bought it. Very disappointed
