Smithwood Floors refinished flooring in my master bedroom as well as my hallway. We were quoted an amazing price compared to other flooring companies and we were able to have Smithwoods team come in and complete the work the next week.I would highly recommend using Smithwood Floors for anybody’s flooring needs as the new floors look stunning and the price is unbeatable. Thank you Bill Schinas and your team!

Smithwood floors provided prompt and excellent service at competitive rates. They gave great advice on how to revive our old floors prior to selling our home. The results were better than we could have imagined. Really beautiful. We were so pleased that we used them again at our new home. We would highly recommend them for any wood flooring needs.

Bill and his crew pushed my job almost for a month only to turn it down at the date of service. They came to my house and turn down the job after being late for more than 1 hour due to complexity of the job and according to him, due to my high expectation. All that I asked him and his crew was to be careful with my newly painted walls and baseboards. I even covered all the walls and did all the preparations for him (something that you would expect from a professional contractor to do before starting any job). His excuse came as a shock to us, since I did share the photos of the floor and explain the condition to Bill. I even asked him to come and see the job from up-close to better assess the job. He refused to see the job and said that the job was straight forward. He also bragged about the fact that he is a second generation flooring contractor and that no job is too big and too complicated for him. I don’t recommend them to anyone.
