Dundas Carpet & Flooring

We were looking around for laminate flooring for our office space and had shortlisted a couple of choices from other stores. By chance, we came upon Dundas Carpet & Flooring and visited the place and met Joe, the owner. He showed us one product that we immediately liked and placed an order. The service and delivery were great and Joe was a pleasure to deal with. A great experience.

After looking all over Mississauga, we ended up at Dundas Carpet & Flooring. Wish we had started there first. Great selection and good prices. The carpet we bought was installed within 3 days and the installer did an excellent job.

Love my new vinyl luxury flooring! Thank you Joseph. The customer service you provided from start to finish was second to none. I did not realize how much the new flooring would transform my living area. I wish I had taken a before picture. Great place and friendly service - definitely reccomend!

Please think twice before purchasing from Dundas Carpet, right off the bat I can tell you there are dime a dozen carpet/ flooring shops within 2 km radius and they ALL offer the same products for pretty much around the same rate, without you having to deal with a bipolar man named Joe/Joseph ( apparently the owner)when you first go there, him and his staff will be over the top nice and joe will talk and joke around till it is uncomfortable. However once you have been made to put down a hefty deposit and sign a contract you will see a tremendous change in their attitude. The owner is absolutely rude and possess no ethics morales with which they conduct their business. We Put a deposit on a product which they called us the next day about and informed us had some manufacturing issues and that we would have to come back and select something else(and literally harassed and ordered us to come make our purchases quick). Half hearted we selected something else and then when we changed our minds the next day we were threatened very aggressively that we would get sued. He was above and beyond nasty ignored our questions and concerns...All the ugly details aside when we finally selected something per the sample display And it was delivered.. when we checked it looked very different like a way cheaper quality. When we called to speak with the owner he had some man with weak English who was apparently the manufacture of the product speak with us, who told us sample is different ?!?! Yeah and then he gave us some bogus explanation and then we realized we had been scammed by this Dundas Carpet and the man named Joesph is a con man. Now we are stuck with thousands dollars worth of product that we never chose and a whole lot of regret .. plus we were insulted by a man who took our money and behaved in the most unacceptable manner with us and there is nothing we can do about it. Beware
