I’m so surprised by some of the comments. They must not be walking into the right place because Dragona is filled with the most helpful and knowledgeable staff! You can tell that their work is their passion because they always ensure that you have your questions answered and that you are leaving with exactly what you need. I highly recommend them!

Fantastic service with very good pricing. We have been dealing with Dragona for years. We are always extremely pleased with the knowledgeable sales staff throughout the process of purchase.

Dragona is my go to place. One of the most reliable supply companies in the GTA. The owner and the employees are very friendly. They have outstanding customer service. My orders are processed quickly and accurately they also help load up your vehicle. I give my recommendation to anyone with any flooring supply needs this is the place to go to. Lots of variety from hardwood, laminate, porcelain tiles, marble, stone you name it they have it all!

The service was terrible. I came 1st time, walked around and nobody ordered me help ( I definitely was lost and it was obvious. I do renovation 1st time and have no clue what better to buy ). I left and went to x-Tile where I got help as soon as I step in. Even without asking. I bout there about 200 s.f of tile and get back to Dragona place for 2 small boxes of tile. I knew what I need, I paid and waiting for the help. They brought my boxes to the door and left there. I kept waiting.... finally I loaded it by myself.
