Excellent service. My wife an I have been buying our renovation needs from Kennedy Flooring for years now. We have bought backsplash tiles, flooring tiles, laminate flooring, hardwood flooring and much more from them and have never had an issue. Their selection is huge and their sales reps are professional. Their installers are very good and always care for the small details. I have recommended them to friends and family, and no one has ever complained.

Amazing service. I have been using Kennedy flooring for years now and I have never been dissatisfied with them. In our most recent renovation, we bought laminate flooring, backsplash and bathroom floor tiles through them. Brandon the sales representative gave us a very good price, but what really stood out was the customer service. Throughout the job being done, he called to make sure that the installers were professional, on time and were doing a good job. Both installers were great, but Tom the laminate installer was outstanding. Thank you Kennedy flooring for the beautiful work your team has done. Nick Robertson.

If only negative stars were possible. One thing to say about this business : " STAY AWAY " save yourself from trouble and deception. They claim the ability to be able supply good quality wood flooring from Appalachian and Mirage, it was a total lie. They use the wood samples from these companies to coax you into buying and once the deposit was made they started to play " THEIR GAME " calling you up saying that the manufacturer had a different color palette and would ask you to come in and see if the color was alright but the wood sample was not even from the same company , the quality was bad, it had no label, QR scan or anything what so ever and they would insist that it was from Mirage. They repeated this several times over the course of six months. the reason was that they were trying to sell me a different wood product since they could not provide me the product I wanted from Mirage. Frustrated and fed up, I requested for a refund and they refused despite the fact that cannot provide me my product. They ignored and neglected me, they have no sense of morals or ethics. Therefore I had to resolve the matter with my credit card company and asked for a charge back. Therefore do not come here they will scam you. Be aware of Albert Ayoub , Michael Ayoub and Brandon Ayoub they are not trustworthy.
