I paid Squarefoot Flooring cash to get luxury vinyl flooring and two closet doors installed. I did not purchase any flooring from this store. There are visible gaps in the flooring under each door in my 855 square feet condo unit. I brought this to Colin’s attention but despite his promise two months ago to send an installer back to my unit to fill in the gaps, I have to seek out the assistance of other trades. In addition, they removed the panel under my kitchen cupboard which remains loose until this day. Do not hire these guys to install doors as they have little to no experience with doors. In response to Colin’s reply below (September 17, 2018), I confirm that (1) the installer had given me his e-mail address and telephone number as he offered to assist me with reupholstering my dining chairs — Colin never provided me with the contact information. (2) When I called the installer, he asked how did I get his telephone number (as if it’s top secret). I told him he gave it to me. He said he didn’t. I told him he did and an argument ensued and I told him to F off. (3) Despite more than a dozen follow-up calls to Colin to send any installer (there were 3 of them) back to my unit, Colin has not had the decency to return my calls and to bring this matter to a satisfactory conclusion for the customer. Colin can say what he wants but he is not being honest as to his attempt (or lack thereof) to rectify the problem.

We are so happy with this company that their workmanship and dedication is unreal. I wish I had tried much much earlier to do my entire house. Evan and Colin are complete professionals and go out of their way to please their clients. Evan did our entry way and I it is to perfection. Thank you both!!!
