OK experience. Great flooring products but poor install (with multiple delays) and support afterwards. Had a number of defects (gaps between boards in multiple sections, one uneven section, and damage from the primer on appliances and other surfaces) And has been challenging getting Aspen to fix them.

Perfect place to see, touch and feel all the different flooring products you can get for your home project. There are tons of products, colours and textures to choose from. The staff is ready to great you and really happy to help.

Aspen wood recently completed replacement of entire house hardwood floors. My experience dealing with David from the start to the end was amazing, his knowledge and experience was excellent. Ray the installer was outstanding and he is truely a professional at his job. I am extremely satisfied with the work done.

In 2011 my wife and I decided to upgrade the floors in our condominium from the builder-basic laminate to engineered hardwood. After visiting a number of different vendors we decided to go with Aspen after visiting their show room and being awed by both the variety of material and the positive attitude of their associates. The entire process, from having a representative visit for an estimate, to borrowing samples to check the look/feel through to installation was smooth and painless. I would like to make special mention of the care and attention to detail displayed by the installation team. At the end of each day the team cleaned up and covered the areas they were working on so that our home was still fully functional. As per attention to detail, we have a storage unit in our closet which, for all intents and purposes, is a built in meaning the new flooring had to but cut to fit around it; this job was done so well that, unless you were looking for it, you would think the new flooring went under the cabinet. All-in-all, if ever I need to have my floors done again I would not hesitate to give Aspen a call.

I highly recommend this company. We had a great experience from start to finish (including a problem that was resolved quickly). How often can one say that? We replaced the carpets and laminate flooring with hardwood throughout our 2 story home. Aspen has a wonderful selection of flooring to choose from in their showroom, and prices are comparable with other companies. Jim Pincoe, our Sales Representative at Aspen, was very knowledgeable and so helpful as we proceeded through the estimate, choosing the flooring, to installation and completion. (All done within a six week period). He was a pleasure to deal with. Our flooring was installed by Ray. He is a master at his craft. He takes pride in his work and boy does it show. I love love love my new flooring! Thank you Aspen, Jim and Ray. It was indeed a pleasure. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Helpful? Yes No
