We have used J&L for a couple of projects. First and foremost the service is astounding. Barb is amazing at helping you pick the right material for the job. She is incredibly knowledgeable about all products and even helped me pick the perfect grout colour. Jack is amazing. So personable and has given us great advice and service with both projects. This team really works to make sure you get the best information, follows up and demonstrates true customer service excellence. So pleased with our experiences and all of the products we have purchased for both flooring projects! Thanks again. Vicki and Kevin

Recently had our new 2,200 sq ft clinic built, and had Jack and his team do the flooring and trim in our clinic. Couldn't be happier with the results. Flooring looks great, and the craftsmanship of the installers was top notch. We were under a time crunch to get the flooring installed and Jack was able to get everything done in the time we needed.
