The only reason I have gone to this location is that it is close to work, so I can go on my lunch hour. I have waited and waited for either help getting an item down from a shelf or simply cashing out while one person slowly works the cash register. But today tops it. Store Manager, Lynn Wittcomb, needs a few lessons in customer service. I returned some items I didn't use which were purchased on my debit card. I asked for cash, but she refused saying it was "company policy." I knew if she made one phone call, she could have done it. But, she was more concerned with being "big and powerful" than having a return customer. If you want an ounce of customer service, choose another store.

Competitive prices, knowledgable staff.

Prices are good. However, the new full priced windows are lower quality then home Depot at the same price. What's really good are the special buys. 88 dollar windows ( which are probably used or return but in excellent condition ) is a great buy.
