I was having a lot of problems with the installation of new flooring in my kitchen and 2 bathrooms. I prematurely gave them a poor review, but after today my mind has definitely been changed. Thank you to our salesman Eric, Gene, and Kenny Carpets owner for being on the customer's side and making it right. As I told Eric, my wife and I love the floor and even he said he couldn't believe how nice it looked in a large room. Thank you again for making it right.

What do you get when you buy from Kenny? This is what I got: Friendly knowledgeable sales person (Eric), good selection of quality carpet to choose from, reasonable and fair prices, follow up calls for measuring/ install and most of all a fantastic job installing our stair runner. The guys were pros. Can't think of any reason to go anywhere else for carpet and flooring.
