You'll love this place and make memories that last a lifetime. The associates are warm, cuddly and feel like family from the moment you walk in the door. Comfortable temperature year-round and everything's in stock all the time. Just walk in, grab your stuff, get a good view of the scenery and cash out with the most lovable of front end crews. This store will change your life.

Usually I shop at Home Depot because the customer service is so much better there. Today I went to Lowe's, because they had a grass trimmer I wanted on sale. This wonderful male associate not only ushered me to this product, but also gave me a demo. He also went on to help me purchase some grass seed. On the flip side, when cashing out, I was bubbling over with excitement about my purchases and the five cashiers that we're gathered at one register talking to each other looked at me like I had two heads. None of them cracked a smile or even responded to my comments. The only greeting I got was did I want the warranty for the grass trimmer. Conclusion: Lowe's Hamburg is improving, but still has some work to do with their customer service.

It can’t be the worst Lowe’s, but it tries. Isles littered with debris and half loaded carts of junk. Associates that ignore you when your trying to load ( they are upset they have to work tomorrow , they we’re going to go golfing!) wood that is so bad you can’t find more than a few straight pieces and carts all in the lot! Wow has this store gone to hell! The cashiers are friendly and helpful! Earns them a second star!!
