Sales associates, installers, and warehouse employees are great. The owners on the other hand are pathological and only see customers as dollar signs. They don't care about the customer's concerns or issues or work to make sure they get a job completed at negotiated time frame. Warren likes to say it takes 7-10 to get a product in and he will get it ordered the "very" next day, no it takes them more like 7-10 to get it ordered after you give them your down payment to get things ordered..... Or longer. A warrens warranty is a curse and a lie, they don't care about whether or not the issue gets fixed why? Because its a warranty and they can't get more money from a customer so have fun with those excuses. It doesn't matter how honest or hard the sales associate is to keep up good customer service when the owners' greed takes the better of them. They don't about the customer, just the money and will dishonestly say what they think you want to hear. Worked there for 11 months quit because I heard the owner discriminate a customer. Out of all the lies and jaded promises made by the owner, that was the last nerve. Warren will discriminate against customers before showing a customer any integrity of which after working there, don't believe exist in his vocabulary.
