I don't mind shopping here but today I'm trying to buy mulch bags mind u I have a broken hand. U would think they would ask if I needed help. But not one person even wasted a breath. Good prices but not very helpful staff.

I had two keys made. The gentleman who did the keys was very nice. He had a problem figuring out how to do the machine. It was not working too well. The young lady that was there went to get another man to help the man that was trying to do the keys. He was a young black man who was on his lunch, but he came & helped the man who really was trying. The key I had was from a apartment building 22 years old. But I got my two keys. The three people were all a great help and very helpful. I would give Lowe's a ten. Thank you.

Only two registers open and lines backing up. When cashiers needed help from manager took a long time to get it further delaying the lines and check out. Also they started a new policy where you have to fill out special form online in order to get your veteran's discount. The photo ID card from the VA is no longer accepted as proof of your eligibility, that's ridiculous
