Great experience! Sales staff and Installers were professional and friendly. Our basement carpet looks amazing. Thank you!

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. They'll cancel on you 100 times, install things terribly and then be extremely rude and/or ignore you when you ask for a refund after they fail to install things properly a second time. Save the time and frustration. I haven't been able to get anywhere with this company in months.

The installer boss on the job was very rude and rushed the job. Put the wrong piece of carpet in the wrong room and had to order more carpet. While my room sat for 10 days. They never moved my 5 FREE pieces of furniture either. The salespeople were very nice and helpful. I will never have carpet installed by them again. We had the entire upstairs done. Well almost done! I am fighting for a discount.

Salesperson Kathy that we spoke to was knowledgeable and helpful in picking out the carpeting. The installation crew on the other hand left a lot to be desired. Nearly our entire house was scheduled to have carpet installed. Stairway wood work and stair tread was damaged during installation. In a freshly painted interior throughout the house, we also had 32 hammer impacts on the wall baseboards from careless installation of the carpet tack strips, requiring re-painting One section of the living room Wall had to be re-painted from installer carelessly & rapidly moving the carpet into position, scraping the wall with the raw cut edge of the carpet. I had to bring to their attention that 2 closets were not trimmed out and carpet stretched & attached the carpet tack strips. Crew was working as fast as possible because they told me they had 5 installations scheduled that day. Very UN-professional crew, and 2 of the crew were rather rude. We will never do business with custom carpets again.
