Went to buy grill for my 70 year old mom. After asking manager for help he got on his microphone and asked someone to meet us in that section. No one came. Went up to mezzanine to get the 90 lb grill that said two person lift. No one came. Loaded up grill by myself risking injury. Sorry I like barbecue chicken. Went to checkout asked to see manager. Found out it was the happy shining person that got on microphone earlier. All talk no action. Thanks for the customer service (heavy sarcasm). Checkout person said she cares as she gives me the sad face. I told her she doesn't care because she would have been as mad as me if she really understood the hurt I felt from the help I received today. Menards giving new meaning to DIY.

A great place to shop or just look around. I went in for a wall clock and found a nice one at a nice price.

This is our go-to home improvement stop! They have excellent selection and we love the opportunity to get rebates for our purchases. It can be a little difficult to find an employee for assistance, but most of the time it isn't an issue.

Menards is organized, clean and accesible. A midwest company. I'd give him five stars if they weren't so heavy on foreign made products.
