Had a great experience here. The staff are very knowledgeable about their products and their pricing is the best we could find! Friendly efficient service would definitely shop here again.

Great experience. My new floor and stairs look amazing! Personnel were very helpful and knowledgeable. Their install process well worth it!

Had a good experience in the Stoney Creek location. Pell, the store manager, was very patient with me. Took out flooring of the two I was stuck between and laid them out for me to see in the back stock room to compare. Was flexible with pricing and didn't rush me to make a decision.

I cannot believe the disgusting "customer service" I just received. We purchased a home and are completely renovating the entire thing, we are currently having our stairs restained and painted. I went in looking for unfinished wood for the landing and I am shocked at how I was treated. This is obviously not a job people typically do so I was unsure of the width I needed. The man was extremely rude with me: rolling his eyes, complaining about how he would have to move skids to get what I wanted and in an extremely foul mood. I even asked him if he was having a bad day which was met with a laugh and stunned look at other coworker. Today is actually my birthday and I was in an amazing mood then my contractor mentioned he would like me to pick up the wood today, no problem! Then this man ruined that and the fun of re doing the stairs. I will never, ever step foot in this store again! I should have read the reviews before going there. How they are still in business I have absolutely no idea. I was forced to take the wood because I have called around and they were the only ones with what I needed in stock. I hope the quality of the lumber isn't as bad as his attitude! Would like to mention that we are new to the area and recently purchased land which we will be building 2 new homes on ... Take a guess where we will not be purchasing any flooring from...

My flooring is beautiful had antique strand bamboo installed by lumber liquidators in 3 bedrooms. I had this same floor installed by a contractor in my living room and dining room a few years ago. The installers from lumber liquidators did a good job on the floor install but the mess they left behind was ridiculous. They did glue and nail down and the floors are full of patches of dried up glue on top. They didn't even vacuum up the floors and I could see their footprints all over the floor. I never had an issue with my contractor on my previous floors. They used my front porch and my garage for cutting. They swept a big pile of sawdust and cigarette butts into a pile but never put it in a garbage bag. Moved chairs off my front porch to saw didn't sweep up or put my chairs back. I love the flooring but so disappointed to have to spend hours cleaning up after them.
