I realize retail can be a challenge especially with the diversity of clientele in cottage country. However, the numerous comments reflect what is really at issue with this company. Ownership needs to improve. Unfortunately we were regular clients. Purchasing many items for ourselves along with family and friends. Our situation involved the pet signage. If you don't want pets in your store be adament about it not skirt around the issue (owner issue) by having a sign that reads 'pets need to be carried'. Secondly, inform yourself when it comes to service dogs and how they 'work' . When they are wearing service vests they are a working animal and not a pet. The over crowded store is absolutley ridiculous. It's been brought up several times in the comments but nothing seems to be done about it. What is really telling is that none of the comments have a response by the owner. Which means they don't care. Although we will never return to this store, I hope the owners set their ego's aside and realize that many of the people that have chosen not to come back to the location any longer have made this choice after providing several passes on previous poor experiences.

Miserable personality of owners/shopkeepers. Not a bad place to spend some time if you take easily the shopkeepers rude attitude. Not even a few hundreds on impuls purchase cracks a welcoming smile on their faces. Surely raised by wolves. This was an experience on itself.

I had a great time today at this store. Owneers are wonderful. Delivering a bed same day. I thought their pillowcase and bed sheets pricing was excellent.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Lots of things to look at, but I have seen a lot of it at other stores (including some of the shops just down the road in town). Everything is very pricey. I asked if they had a washroom and they said no. I then asked if there was one nearby and he grudgingly suggested the market across the street. The "owners" are extremely rude, sarcastic and in no way helpful. I honestly would not purchase anything at this store with this deplorable lack of attempt at customer service. My friend and I were very polite and were seriously shocked at the way they spoke to us and to the other customers. Surprised they sell anything in there. On another note, if you follow the Welcome sign on the far side of the parking lot, you will meet some lovely people who have regular garage sales. They will invite you to have a look through a room full of antiques and various treasures. We didn't find anything to buy, but the people were lovely. Apparently they used to have a shop there, but their big time neighbours next door complained about that and they were forced to shut it down. As if this small shop owner was going to severely impact their business. So, as you can see, if they treat their elderly neighbours this way, it is no surprise that they treat their customers so poorly. I will not be back, nor will I use their online website. Oh, and I wouldn't doubt if they didn't get their family members to give those 5 star reviews. I noticed that most of them don't have any comments.
